Okay, I have good news and bad news.

Good news: I didn’t gain any weight!

Bad news: I didn’t lose any weight either.

Good news: I exercised 5 out of 7 days!

Bad news: I ate a few too many muffins.

Good news: I felt hunger again after having forgotten what being hungry really felt like.

Good news: I drank heaps of water and absolutely no caffeine.

So, the good news outweighs the bad news, and that’s good news!

    I didn’t lose anything this week either. So, next week will be better for both of us. I’m not sure about you- but I can only feel hungry for so long before I start snacking. So, for me it’s better to plan healthy snacks ahead of time so I don’t end up binging. So, instead of feeling hungry- grab an apple that way you won’t be so tempted to eat the muffins. Just a thought.
