I've lived here long enough that I can now find things that I like and even look forward to eating when we go out. And the best Italian food I've ever had was at a restaurant in New Plymouth who's name escapes me. But they also have a restaurant in Parnell, in Auckland, which is the ritzy part of town. But that meal cost us $60 :) And worth every penny! I would like to go on record saying that New Zealand food is not bad, just different. I’ve lived here long enough that I can now find things that I like and even look forward to eating when we go out.
